What is Tech Talk Tokyo?

Tech Talk Tokyo is a space with a concept that global engineers get together to have fun, where they have a lightening talk about “Tech” and send their ideas to the audience.

It might give you an impression that sending your ideas or anything to audience is difficult. But Tech Talk Tokyo is a casual space to talk about anything you want about Tech.

Content of the talk

It’s a lightening talk, and we would like you to talk about what you are interested in about “Tech,” what you have developed these three months, etc for 5 minutes.

Program

Let’s have a fan time with other participants with “Tech” and “Global” as words in common. We will prepare some alcohol and some pizza.

  • PixelGrid Inc. FrontEnd Engineer Akihiro Oyamada

Akihiro Oyamada is a Web Front-End Engineer at PixelGrid inc.. He specializes in huge product-based websites where CSS scalability and maintainability as well as performance are paramount. He is also an expert in Web graphics technologies, such as SVG, Canvas and WebGL.
He has been the organizer of Tokyo WebGL Meetup, and Microsoft MVP for Internet Explorer for 6 years in a row (2011-), as of 2016.

  • RareJob Inc. FrontEnd Engineer Taishi Inoue

Front engineers in RareJob Inc. He has been developing not only front-end but also a API with a development Lab in VietNam. He is also a Tech Lead in iOS development.

  • Livesense inc. Front-end Developer.Takashi Yoneyama

24 years old Junior Front-end Developer. Working at Livesense,inc and recently started working for EastMeetEast,inc in NY too. Dual worker.
Graduated from Waseda univ in 2015 and started learning programming and working as a software engineer.

  • Retty Inc. Tossavainen Teemu

Teemu graduated with Master’s degree in software engineering from Aalto University Finland.
After 6 years of experience with developing B2B multichannel communication and availability solutions, he conducted research in Japan both on open collaboration systems, utilizing Linked Open Data and natural language processing, and intelligent system for automatic fault detection based on operating sounds of mechanical machines.
He joined Retty international development team in 2015 and has been responsible for Retty infrastructure and participated in developing Retty solutions.
